Customer Enabled Manual Wifi Channel Selection 2.4GHz and 5GHz

Hi

Whilst it is great that eero supposedly automatically selects the best wifi channel for both frequencies, the customer (user) should be able to do so as well if they wish to manually change the channel.

I have used other internet providers and was always able to do this.

For example, every one of my neighbours, we are all on channel 11 on 2.4GhZ and channels 1 to 64 on 5GHz.

There is free space on the other channels but i cannot change it on the app, or on the router nor can i log into the IP on a browser. Says it is blocked.

It appears this request has been raised serveral times over the years.

At the end of the day, i am paying money for a service and I should be able to adjust the settings as i need to.
