Having Difficulty with Payment


So I'm having difficulty trying to find a way to pay for my internet bill...For the first month I wasn't able to pay despite being told it was due a week after and now 2 days before it'll be the second month since the installment. I followed the instructions as to how I can pay my internet bill but the option isn't showing up for me. Help?
