one device cannot be pinged

I have a new eero network with one router (Pro 6E) and about 12 devices that regularly attached to it. I can ping all devices from my computer except one, for which I get no response. Both devices (and all the others) are on the 192.168.4.xxx subnet. How can I resolve this?

    Hello,

You need to check that your device is powered on and connected to the network properly. Check the device's network settings to confirm it is on the same subnet as the other devices. Then restart the problematic device and the eero router refresh the network connection. Disable any firewall or security software on device temporarily to see if it allows ping responses. Try this once may be this will work.

Sandramarquez Yes, your information was useful.  Although not directly the solution to the problem, your information led me to investigate the connection on the problem computer.  And I found it was indicating it was on a public network (which it is not).  Switching it to private has solved at least some of the issues (others I have not checked yet).
