Joining Network - Authentication Error

Hi all, wonder if anyone has experience authentication error when joining the network, not joining for the first time, and it continues to prompt you to enter new password.

so i have been using the Eeros for few days, one night our family went out for dinner and when we return home, some of the phones were not able to join the home network showing Authentication Error. I went through power cycle reset, modem rest and Eero reset etc nothing seem to work. In the meantime, I opened up a guest network and the affected phones seems to be ok joining the guest one. Its problematic now phones that joined the guest network is not able to control smart home devices and smart home are hardwires to main network of course... any insights?

  • I’ve never heard of anyone having that issue in this community. Definitely contact support. They should be able to resolve this for you.
