Can't connect to ARRIS TM1602
Just upgraded my internet today from ATT to Spectrum but my eero refuses to connect to the internet when hooked to the new modem. I have tried rebooting both the modem and the eero multiple times and I can confirm the modem is working (using it now on my Mac).
If I hook eero back up to the old ATT modem and restart it then it works again. I am getting rid of ATT in a week or so though so not a permanent fix.
Any ideas? I don't know if there is a setting in the eero or modem I can change or if I am just SOL...
