Can't connect to security cams from outside the eero network
We have Honeywell security cameras using the HRGX app. Last week everything worked fine with our old Airport Extreme network and we could see the live cameras when connected to our own home network or when away by our iPhones using AT&T network.
Since switching and setting up the eero network (got rid of our dead zones!), we can only access the cameras when on our own home network. We can no longer see the cameras when away from home using our cell phones.
I have enabled IPv4 and IPv6 for our eero network. I have port forwarded what is listed as our sever port for the Honeywell DVR. I have the eero network settings IPv4 address, subnet mask and default gateway listed from the eero settings for the device. And I have the external IP address listed on the iPhone app to try and connect.
It's not working and there must be a wrong setting that I am missing even though I thought I changed the same settings between the 2 different routers. We can only see the cameras when we are at home and connected to our home network.
