Internet malfunctions multiple times per day
I submitted a ticket but I don’t know how long that’s going to take to get a reply on the weekend.
I have 2 eero pros. I have the router Connected to an Xfinity xFi modem with gigabit speed. Previously I had Netgear Orbi’s and replaced them. They worked flawlessly.
Ever since I made the change, I find that my Internet would drop out to or three times a day. The Eero app would report that the Internet was fine. So I would call into Comcast and let the automated system reboot the modem. The recording would mention something about errors on the line. But when I would call Comcast reps they said everything is fine and that the problem is being caused by the eero
So then I began rebooting the eero which would also resolve the problem. I have no idea who the true culprit is, but I do know I can resolve it by rebooting the eero and I do know that the Eero app is reporting everything is fine, when it’s not
Anyone got some advice for me here?
I've been having Internet dropouts all week. Never had any issues before. What's changed in the past week?
@atari That's what I thought. It seems that the "update" actually broke it.
