Deleting Offline Devices
Hi there,
Is it possible to delete out old offline devices from the Eero app? I have recently restructured my network and removed old wifi extenders and replaced with an additional Eero.
With having the wifi extenders in use, I would get duplicate devices connected through the app as the device would switch between the Eero and wifi extender.
Any help appreciated. I hate having lots off offline devices.

I have found that I can delete old devices by: 1) creating a new profile (e.g., deleteMe); 2) moving devices to this profile; and 3) deleting the profile.
Hopefully this workaround works for others too!

richw3222 - It’s as simple as it sounds. Some of the devices that I had lingering were really old, so maybe that’s why it worked for me.

Thanks, I will try again. Since members have been complaining about this for over 2 years and still nothing has been done it says a lot about EERO and their customer service and retention.

Didn't work for me either, I even let them sit in the "delete me" for a day, did a reboot thru the app 1st, tried with that profile "paused"
Profile deletes, devices in the profile went back the recently online section

I just spoke with customer service an was told it would automatically fall off the list after 7 days. She also stated IF it don't to have patience and it will automatically be deleted.
Well that has not been happening and I put in a FEATURE REQUEST, as we all should, in hopes they get with the program. I suggested once a user hits delete that the program pop up with a message, such as ARE YOU SURE and require you to select Yes/No.
We'll see where this goes, BUT I am not going to hold my breath. :( I have 21 in my list to get rid of which adds to the confusion. :( :(
GL folks.
