Guest Network Security

We have eero installed in our church. We would like to offer wifi to our attendees on a guest network. However, we've kept our wifi network private because someone did get on our network and do illegal downloads which caused quite the situation with Spectrum. Since the illegal activity happened on our network, we were liable. That brings me to my question, does activity on the eero guest network put us in the same situation of being liable for what happens on it? Any suggestions are welcome!

  • Yes, you would still be in the same situation because it's all going through your Spectrum internet connection.

  • That's what I figured, but thanks for clarifying it!
