Wired eero 6 pro still shows wireless

Hi,

i bought the set of 3 eero 6 pro and wired all of them to have full 1GB speed to each one of them, but only 1 shows as a wired and the two others Wireless. Both wired connections work as I tested with my laptop.

My Internet provider is AT&T and all 3 eero’s are connected to the AT&T router directly. What did I wrong? Is this normal?
The first one is also shown as a Gateway with Wired connection and the other two’s only Wireless?

Thanks for your help?

You can’t wire them all the AT&T router. They are showing wireless in the eero app because they are connecting to your gateway eero wirelessly. You need to have your gateway eero wired to the AT&T router, then your gateway eero wired to a switch, and then your other eeros wired to the switch (this makes them “downstream” of the gateway eero)

cMoo92  yes, agree!  Need to add a switch in between the Gateway Eero and the wired outlets in the rest of the home.

I have the same problem. I have it connected they way you describe.  One of my Eero's still shows a wireless connection even though when you click "advanced settings" and it shows a wired connection in port 1.  Any other ideas?
