Slow speeds / disconnects on laptop

I have a HP Omen laptop (wifi 6) and have a couple issues with Eero 6e Pro. My setup is 2 floor house..Base unit top right 2nd floor, 2nd unit maybe 40 ft away still 2nd floor and 3rd unit 1st floor left. I have a ethernet connection between base and downstairs device. I also have GB internet. If I am sitting downstairs at laptop I get about 350MB on wifi. If I am using phone (S22 Ultra - wifi 6e) at same spot it gets about 850MB thru wifi. Can't figure difference. Also, occassionaly if I run speed test, etc I all of a sudden lose interent. Says connected and have interent but can't get to websites etc. Only fix is reboot. Any suggestions on what issue might be?

  • I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution Same issue still no fix to this.

  • You should check on eero admin screen which node the laptop is connected to. There is a chance it is not connected to the one you think it is, especially if you moved it from one room where it would have been closer to a different node. I have had my eero 6+ for 1 month and my experience is that eero doesn't always do a good job of handing off from one node to the next if you move around the house.
