1quick drop
My internet drops every few hours.... just for a moment, almost like a quick refresh, just long enough to get a spinny circle or a quick boot from what every I'm doing. Doesn't matter the device. I've called Eastlink but they have no idea, all the wires are new, etc. It's not a major thing, as it's just a second but annoying. Any ideas?

Seeing the same thing, on Spectrum as a provider.

Does it happen to wired devices as well? Or just over WiFi?

speedmaster both. Happened again today, checked my modem right away and it said it was connected. Ran the Eero troubleshooting tool and it said it could not connect to the internet. The main eero was not red.

speedmaster both for me as well. And my app always says it’s fine. But the drop is so quick, you could never be online to catch it.

Okay thx. I was just trying to determine if it was router to modem, or Wi-Fi device to AP. A few weeks ago I had similar problems with a NetGear mesh system, but wired devices had no issues.

I too have this issue - only noticed it in the past week or so as it disrupts my VPN sessions... seems like the Eero is restarting or something. Since it's my router, I lose wired and wireless.

Same issue here. i was told a year ago to talk to my ISP. my connection is great. no drops in the ISP side. they even ran new wires from the Node to my modem to be sure.
this has been on going for over a year and flairs up for weeks at a time and stops for like 2 weeks untill a flair up.
