What is better for me?
Hi all,
I recently got my Eero 6 (1 gateway + 2 nodes). It is connected to an ISP modem/router. I'm facing the following problem. When using the Eero as a router I can't use ipv6 and I have double NAT (I can't bridge the modem/router unfortunately). When using the bridge mode on the Eero, I don't have double NAT and I can use ipv6. Do you think it's worth it to run the Eero in bridge mode or not? Also, will SQM (when it's available) be compatible with bridge mode?
Cheers!

Hello OG_Metapod ,
Ideally, you want to use the eero network and not in double NAT. Does your Modem Router Combo have a DMZ setting? If so, you can place the Gateway eero into the DMZ and could work. SQM, when it becomes available for the eero 6 models will not be able to be used if the eero network is in bridge mode. Here is a link that shows all the settings that you access to when the eero network is in bridge mode.
