Eero Mesh Wifi and Pi Hole Issue

Eero Support,

I've been a Pi Hole user for year and recently switched internet service providers and received the Eero Pro Mesh Wifi system. I went about setting up my pi hole on the new Eero Pro Mesh network and pointed the Eero's custom DNS to my pi hole as is required and then pointed the DNS upstream setting (on the Pi Hole) to resolve with my Eero Pro IP address. This works great when I'm hard wired into the router, but once I go to a different part of the house and am on one of the satellites the internet no longer works. I found this post regarding a change with Eero DNS and pi holes (https://community.eero.com/t/83h1tpg/pi-hole-and-eero), but it does not appear to be the same issue I'm having. Is there any reason why the satellites queries are not resolving differently?

I do want to mention something else (in case it changes anything). When I was trouble shooting this myself, every time I went to reset the Eero after testing an alternative solution, I had to call my service provider (who provided the Eero pro mesh network) to have them reset the Eero router from their end. I would request a reset from the app on my phone, but the request would not successfully reset the router.

Any information would be most helpful. Thanks!
