Can not access printer or connect to any devices at home

I am at home and have a printer, laptop and desktop. From my laptop my HP printer shows offline. Also I can not RDP into the desktop. This is even after several restart of all the Eero Pro 6 routers including the gateway.

What  can I do to fix this?

This would typically indicate a Double NAT environment, where one of the devices is connecting to the eero network, while the other is connecting to your upstream router, which may be a modem/router combination device. I would suggest giving us a call, sending an email, or responding to the DM I will send you shortly so we can check if you are in a Double NAT environment and look to get that resolved.

  • I did find what was causing the problem. My laptop is set to single band 5GHz in device manager. Its not using dual band 2.4 and 5GHz. After I switched laptop to dual band I was able to access both printer and desktop. But I don't like this solution as using dual band means I am at lower speeds when I am on 2.4GHz.
