Ad Blocking - "Exclude" Option

Currently, Ad Blocking can be enabled for the entire network or devices associated with specific user profiles. I would like to see the option to exclude specific profiles from ad blocking. 

This would allow for ad blocking for the entire network (devices assigned to a profile and those not assigned to a profile), except for devices associated with the profile(s) I select to be excluded.

A profile exclusion option would allow for all devices, specifically those new and/or not associated with a profile, to always be protected, while disabling the ad-blocking functionality for the specific devices I want (associated with a profile)
