After receiving and setting up a 3-pack eero mesh, I discovered I somehow have two networks with the same name; it looks like one of the eero routers thinks it is part of a solo mesh. How did this happen? And more importantly, how do I fix it? I want one mesh as a whole unit.

The real problem is that when I try to control the network from the eero.com/app, I see different settings for both networks (which have the same name), and I don't know which one is which. It is quite a pain.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

If only there were a "merge" button...  :)
