Hold times

Hold times are ridiculous and they have always been even before Covid.  About ready to switch my mesh system not getting good strong network.

    Sounds like you have your mind made up, but good luck with shorter hold times with any other vendor (if they even have a customer service number you can call). Have you tried emailing eero support as well? And why not trying explaining the issue(s) you’re having so the community can try and help?
