Low speed on PC wired to Eero 6

I have a PC with a gigabit ethernet card. Connected to my internet router I get 900+ Mbps download but if I wire my PC to Eero 6 (which is wired to router) I cannot pass 600 Mb download. My internet plan is 900/600 and I even get more than 600 Mb in upload speed trough Eeero, but not in download, which caps at 600. Anything I could try?

    Hi Argaroth

    First make sure all is good in your setup.  Currently you have:

    Modem->ethernet A->eero->ethernet B->PC

    Try modem->ethernet A->PC (you will likely need to unplug the modem from power for 3 minutes whenever switching whatever is hardwired to the modem)

    If you do not get high speeds, it is likely your PC's ethernet card

    If you do get high speeds try modem->ethernet B->PC (this will test ethernet B to make sure it is capable of sending through the high speeds).

    If those work, and the original topology doesn't get the same high speeds, call support.

      Michael_eero_support Hi. Like I wrote, if I connect my pc directly to modem I get 900+ Mbps. Through Eero just 600

      Argaroth did your PC get the 900+ using both ethernet cables?  If so give support a call and report what you did

      Michael_eero_support not with the eero supplied cable, but it did with mine, so that’s the cable I’m using to test through eero.

      Argaroth make sure mention the defective cable to support when you give them a call.

    Hello

    Try power cycling your eeros by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. The eero's LED will turn solid white, then be flashing white while booting up. It takes about a minute to start up and begin broadcasting.
