Toggle to allow/block clients from using their own DNS

I know the Eero Plus suite does this today; my request is to make this as an option under the DNS settings that toggles the ability to block devices on the network from using their own DNS servers.

This feature would be extremely helpful for those of us who run our own DNS services. One specific request is that it would allow clients to reach out to the defined custom DNS servers, even if they are outside of the local network. Bonus points if we could redirect attempted queries to the custom DNS server(s) instead of simply dropping/rejecting them.
