I have a three level home in which the cable comes through the top floor. I've always had not so stellar wi-fi so I thought I'd try the eero pro. The gateway is on the 3rd floor with additional eeros on floors 1 and 2. My internet, which is a 90mbps/10mbps package, runs through a modem.
I have a PlayStation 4, a laptop and my main DIRECTV box on the first level. Everything is connected, speed tests are fantastic on all three units. Best they've ever been. However, when I attempt to stream movies through my PlayStation, utilizing Amazon, it keeps buffering, until I'm finally met with a "bandwidth issue" message. Netflix won't even connect. The main menu of of the PS4 doesn't seem to fully populate with menu items and it will not connect to the PlayStation Store.
On the laptop, Netflix seems decent. Amazon prime will play, but quality is lacking.
Can't seem to stream anything through DIRECTV either.
Have already tried powering down modem and eero units.
Unplugged PS4 and restarted it.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the eero Community!
I'm sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing. That definitely isn't the experience you should be having.
If you haven't yet, could you run through the network diagnostics on your PS4? That way you can ensure it is connected to the network (assuming you have it connected via Ethernet given your home)?
If that doesn't resolve the issue, please give us a call at 1-877-659-2347 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We'll work to get this matter resolved.Reply
