Cannot get access to website - 403 Forbidden Error

I have my Eero network installed with Eero Plus.  I seem to get an error on one particular site only. The error I'm getting is:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.4.39 (Unix) mod_hive/6.27 OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_fastcgi/2.4.6 Server at telecomreseller.com Port 443

I did notice that the site goes to an https:// location when I do try to access it.  I appreciate anyone's help as I am not a network person.

Thanks

  • Does it work when you are away from your eero network? What’s the URL you’re trying to access?

I’ve never seen a 403 error being a problem on the client side. That should only be a server side issue (meaning it has nothing to do with your eero network).

  • The web address I’m trying to access is http://www.telecomreseller.com

I can access outside of my home network but not within

  • That seems pretty weird. I’d recommend talking to eero support so they can help troubleshoot and resolve what’s going on.
