Review Blocks Sites, Indicated Ad/Malware sites ?

As a user we would like to have the ability to review sites, blocked ads, or sites with spyware attempts, malware etc.  This would allow us to review and/or add them to allowed list or educate users using our network.

  • This seems to be a common request and popular both here and on reddit, yet seems to be largely ignored for some reason?
I definitely will not be using eero secure beyond the free thirty days until there is a way to make use of the information.

Otherwise it feels like scare tactics.

  • I too would love to see this. I set it up a few weeks ago to filter my kid's devices, and at first I wasn't sure it was even doing anything since I didn't get any hits, but then this week suddenly a lot of stuff got blocked, but when I tried to drill down into it, I don't have that ability. I can't even see what the source device was of the requests that were blocked, so that maybe I could talk to whichever kid it was about being safe online. This is definitely a must have if I'm going to actually pay money for this service.

  • I agree. Listing category filters (eg, adult, chat, illegal, social, etc) is too broad. I would like to be able to see the specific site(s) being blocked. This is especially valuable for families with kids

  • I agree as well and won't pay for this service until it's addressed. Showing a specific category that blocks something is useless. I need to know the specific URL, or virus/malware that was detected and blocked. Also, need to know what device it happened on etc. Too bad eero, I'm sure you're losing a lot of paying customers due the poor execution of this service.

  • Yes, this should be a priority feature request.  We signed up for security after several malware incidents on our home network.  However, all I can see is block statistics.  I'm just taking eero's word that it is really doing something.
