added to eero Beta program? Then removed?
Last night I was pumped to see that I was added to beta program. I was able to upgrade to the most recent beta firmware.
But then this morning, my eero’s were downgraded? I called support and they said being added was a mistake. But they were willing to tell them I am still interested? I told them to definitely told them I want to be.
I’m super disappointed. Really want to be a part of the beta tester’s. Anyone on here able to help?
Since I’m not an eero employee, there’s not really anything I can do, but I’m assuming you’ve submitted the form (in the link below) in the past. Is that correct?
