No More Automatic Speed Tests?

Hi all -- my eero pro setup has, for no apparent reason, stopped running the every-two-days automatic speed tests -- the last one ran on July 2nd. Is there a reason for this to have stopped? How can I get them running automatically again? I know I can run them manually, but I liked that they ran late at night or very early in the morning when I am asleep. Thanks!

  • That's odd. I haven't seen that before. Maybe try restarting your network through the app (Settings > Advanced > Restart Network)

      cMoo92 I did try that -- didn't help. I don't see any other settings in the app. I checked the app on TWO devices and they both show the same results, so I believe the fact that the speed tests aren't happening is a function of the eero itself, not the app.

  • The automatic nightly speed tests seem to have stopped for me on Jan. 13, 2021. Was this intentional on the part of eero? If not what can be done to restore this functionality?

  • I am facing the same problem,.. speed test stopped since March. I have reported this 10s of time and spoke to more than 5 staff. Can eero response to this and let us know if this will be fixed?
