UPnP doesn't stay on

So I'm running eero 6.3.1 software and when I manually set UPnP to On it does switch on but it will not stay on.  As soon as I exit that menu and return it shows UPnP as off.  Is this normal or is there some sort of issue?

    I should have stated eero 6, the router and two mesh devices is the configuration.

    I'm having same issue, support seemed to think it was on, and my devices think it is on. But the app says it is off, even if I keep switching it on. Frustrating.

      colecrowder maybe it is just a bug in the control app where it really does turn it on but doesn't show that it is on correctly.

    Yes, I saw your post.  I guess we'll keep an eye on it and hope they get it resolved.  Thanks for your response.
