0Eero 6 and Wifi Assist (Not Working)
I recently purchased a pack of Eero 6’s and they work fairly well except for one thing: wifi assist no longer works. I have to use wifi assist on my iPhone because I live in an area with no coverage (thanks AT&T!!). Anyone encounter this and figure out a solution?

Are you referring to the Wi-Fi Calling option in iOS where your phone will route calls over WiFi if cellular signal is weak or nonexistent?

cMoo92 cMoo92 yes!! On my old router I had no problem. Using Wi-Fi calling is crucial because I get absolutely no cell service at my house. But when I switched to the new eero system this stopped working.

marcmanley have you tried disabling/re-enabling WiFi calling on your phone?

We saved big buying a used iphone 6Splus then getting the Sim card from Cricket only to find out there's a law, if you don't buy your phone from your carrier, they cannot provide you with WI-FI calling. I can connect to WI-FI internet, but not calling. Consequently, I miss lots of calls and texts. Now saving for a Cricket phone. -
Open the eero app and tap Settings on the bottom right · Tap Troubleshooting · Tap My device won't connect · Tap on My device can't detect Wi-Fi 6
