Please change email format for ratings of eero support staff
I’ve put this on Reddit and adding it here too....
Just a suggestion... I’m quite happy to respond to eero emails requesting that I rate eero support staff. Recently, I sent several email support questions, however, and I’m not always sure to which of my original questions the rating is for.
Currently, we get a photo of the support staff, a request for a star rating, space to add any additional comments, and a suggestion for recognizing the eero support staff who helped us. I’m happy to respond to the ratings, but it would be helpful to have the original emails attached to know which request we’re responding to.
