Samsung wifi speaker issue

I just recently purchased two Samsung R3 wifi speakers, and so far I've been unable to get them to connect to my eero wifi network. Neither speaker is able to connect to the network during the setup process. I've tried multiple different rooms next to multiple different eero nodes. Is there a known compatibility issue with these speakers?

    There are not any known issues with Samsung speakers on eero networks, so we should definitely take a look.

    Has anyone found out the problem with the Samsung speakers and the eero Wi-Fi?? I cannot get my speaker to connect through my WiFi, only through bluetooth... I bought the Samsung speaker back in January and it worked fine until we got the Eero WiFi then all of a sudden it will not connect through the wifi-only through Bluetooth...
