Notification if Eero goes offline

I would love a feature to email or text me if an AP goes offline.  In general this would be nice but for me specifically I have installed Eeros in a weekend rental house.  I am worried that they may go home with a renter.  If when unplugged I could somehow be notified via email or text I would know something was up.

No updates yet. And I suspect if and when they finally add this gesture it will be a Secure+ feature :(

Agree with folks above.  SMS text on internet disconnect, should be part of any security system that relies on internet connectivity.  It really should be a priority addition.

Just curious if there's been an update? This is a MUST! We have 10 systems across multiple different vacation homes and need this feature. I'm honestly surprised this is not an option yet with Eeros. At this point I don't even care how the notification arrives just that there is one!

Is anything gonna ever happen with this? I just had another beacon stolen from my airbnb and I have no idea when it went offline. It's awful that you acknowladge it's a great feature request but still done nothing about it!!!!

ONpoint I agree they should implement this idea. In the meantime, and maybe too late for your situation after a year but hopefully helpful for anyone reading this today, see if you can get set up by their team as a "pro" installer. Since you operate a business that includes installing at least one or more eero networks this feels appropriate. This will give you the ability to install your vacation rental networks via the pro app and get access to the dashboard, which will give you all this info, like the last time it was seen online (which you can of course then trace back to a specific guest stay).

Or, call up eero support and ask them when it was last online - they seem to have access to the same dashboard as the pro installers.

Here is a screenshot from the pro dashboard showing one of my networks and an outage that happened today.

Adding my support and a request for an update here as well - I was very surprised the app doesn't include notifications for things like one of the routers going offline, uplink going down, etc... With Work-from-home increasing, the importance here is that much higher.

This topic goes back SIX YEARS! REALLY! Yes I was yelling. Someone is clearly not listening or doing their job.
At this point it’s not even where do we find this notification feature but when, after 6 years will this be enabled so I know if I need to find alternatives to EERO?

So it’s been over 6 years and no notification feature? C’mon eero! This has got to be simple enough to add, especially for us eero installers who have access to “Insight” I’ve been trying really hard to sell what used to be the best user friendly WIFI mesh system I’ve ever installed for clients. And after releasing eero pro 6 I assumed Amazon didn’t want to screw up a good thing. BUT eero pro 6e is a downgrade. I was shocked to read about it having a slower processor and no 4th band to act as a backhaul. No wireless backhaul then I might as well install Ethernet in the walls and choose a ubiquity system.

I was just searching this up because a client of mine sent me a note that their internet was down this morning. By the time I saw it, it had come back up - but I was able to go in to my pro installer "Insight" dashboard and see that it was down from 3:15am to 7:30am but was back. Send them this info was helpful. But it got me wondering if I could just get a push or text or email or any kind of notification when a network goes offline - I know that the consumer eero app doesn't do this, but what about at the "pro" side of things? Apparently this isn't an option, and here I find it's been desired for years and years, with many many votes! What can we do to get this done?
