Since all info and data is kept on the app, it would be nice to have a pin or your fingerprint sensor(provided the device has one), to unlock it and locked after app inactivity.

I agree. It's surprising this is not there. The phone pin/password itself is not enough. Your phone could be unlocked and get swiped and the thief immediately shuts down your network. Seems like such a basic feature of the app to be missing.
