Account Sharing

Hi,

I already have an eero account and would like to know if my son can use my account to setup an additional eero network in his apartment at a different address. My home and his apartment sharing the same account.

  • Hi, DavidCC – Thanks so much for taking the time to share your question.

The answer is yes, it's absolutely possible to have multiple networks under the same user credentials. To do that, your son will need to have the eero app, and then log in using either your phone number or email address. You'll receive a verification code that he can use to log in, and then he'll be able to make a new network under your account with these steps.

Additionally, as an easy way to let either of you log in when you need to, updating the account credentials to have a shared email address that the two of you both have access – that might be something to consider after setup!

Past that, please give us a call at 877-659-2347 if you have any questions or issues and we'd be happy to assist!

    Kindly,
    Drew, eero Community Team
