Eero blocking access to Lutron Caseta hub

I have a Lutron Caseta hub attached via Ethernet (cable) to a switch which in turn plugs into my Eero 6. The Lutron app cannot communicate with it, and it appears that the Eero is blocking it.

If I try to ping the device from a Wi-Fi device, I get

$ ping 10.0.1.151
PING 10.0.1.151 (10.0.1.151): 56 data bytes
92 bytes from 10.0.1.201: Communication prohibited by filter
Vr HL TOS  Len   ID Flg  off TTL Pro  cks      Src      Dst
 4  5  00 5400 7f16   0 0000  40  01 e477 10.0.1.133  10.0.1.151

10.0.1.201 is the IP of one of the eero extenders). But if I ping it from another device connected to the same switch, I get:

$ ping 10.0.1.151
PING 10.0.1.151 (10.0.1.151): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 10.0.1.151: icmp_seq=0 ttl=64 time=1.291 ms
64 bytes from 10.0.1.151: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.813 ms

How do I get the Eero to allow access? The Lutron hub is not in any profile; it appears this is an Eero/Homekit thing.

    Hi  eero will only block direct communication like this if the receiving device is blocked/paused.  Make sure it isn't.  If it isn't I would suspect homekit or a firewall on the device (but with a firewall or a block I would expect no response not a filter prohibition).
