9Manually set Wi-Fi connected devices to a specific node/WAP
I have a need to manually set certain WiFi devices to a specific node/WAP on my Eero network. At times during power outages, as a device is unplugged and then plugged in again, they can connect to an access point that is much further away than the one that is closer, resulting in poorer connectivity/speed to the network. This is frustrating and can only be resolved with a certain series of rebooting devices and access points to try and get them on the correct/closest WAP/node.

Yes! My soundbar keeps connecting to the eero upstairs (and saying it has a weak signal) when there is an eero just 1 metre away!

Some of my wireless devices loose connection just because it keeps connection to the farthest AP not the closest… like you said …
