Using physical Ethernet connections across all Eero Plus 6E pucks

Can anyone confirm if I can set up my 3-piece Eero Plus 6E nodes in a mesh while still having each one connecting to my core LAN switch using the physical 1GbE Ethernet connection on each, rather than having them use WiFi as the back-haul interconnect in order to maximize connectivity and stability across all nodes?

    Thanks cMoo92 !  I just wanted to make sure.   This is my core reason for moving away from Google Nest's WiFi product (no way to have each node connect via hardwire Ethernet, while still performing as a mesh).   I've yet to see a mesh product that works in the real world as well as having multiple APs connected via hardwired Ethernet to a single backbone switch.
