Chrome Book Issue

In the Eero app, I have been adding devices to the profile I created for my kids. However, the Chrome Book, which they use a lot, is not showing up as an option of a device to add. Has anyone else experienced this? Do I need to do something on Chrome Book first before I can add it? Thank you!

  • Do you see the Chromebook in the list of all your devices—just not when you go to add it to a profile?

  • No, I don't see it all. It is using the same network as everything else, though. Thanks for any help you can provide.
