Pro Installer Network List

When logged in as an installer, it would be nice to continually have "app" access to existing networks.  Even networks that have been transferred to our customers.  The app still gives us more control over the settings, etc.  Once transferred, we have limited control and have to do it from our installer site.  We find ourselves NOT transferring networks to customers to avoid this.
