Live Data Usage

Is the live data usage hit or miss with you guys as well?  The total download/upload seems to work but I can only get the per device usage to work maybe 50% of the time so it makes it hard to track down which device is using most of the Total bandwidth.

    Some things you can check to see if they might help is to verify that your app is updated and that your eeros are fully updated as well.

    This has been happening since I got the units in November.  Each update I hoped would fix it but it hasn't yet.  It did get better when I switched my comcast cable modem to bridge mode, but I still get times where it will list 0% for the devices but the Total Download/Upload will be working.

    I am running 6.2.0-1837 on the units and with the app I am using an Android and the ver is 6.2.0.36360.

    I have attached a screenshot from my V30 phone of what happens, it will show Total speeds but not per device speeds.

    Mine is doing it since yesterday update. I need to contact support too.
