Eero Pro 6 won't connect Ring Spotlight Cam

I have a recently installed Eero Pro 6 and it won't allow my Ring Spotlight Camera to connect. I had no issues with my Ring Spotlight Cam on my Netgear Nighthawk router. I spent over an hour with Ring tech support trying to get it to connect. I had issues with my Ring Pro Doorbell as well, but finally got it connected. The network name and password don't have any special characters or spaces. Others things we tried:

- Temporarily disabled 5GHZ

- Put Eero Pro 6 into Legacy Mode

- Turned off IPv6

-UPnP is turned on

Ring is sending me a Ring Chime Pro that I should be able to use as a workaround, but that shouldn't be necessary. Any other ideas on what to do to make the Ring Camera and Eero work together? It's very frustrating that they are both products of Amazon and don't work seamlessly.
