Blocking YouTube but not YouTubeTV

I am a Eero+ subscriber and am trying to block YouTube but let youtubeTV remain unblocked. 
 

if I disable the YouTube app it disables both. Adding tv.YouTube.Com in the allowed apps section doesn’t fix this.
