One device has no internet on one of 3 eeros
I have a master eero with 2 satellites. Everything works fine except for one of my laptops only having intranet connection (connected to eero but no internet) when connected to one of the 2 satellites. Every other device connected to the same satellite works fine as well as the laptop connects to the other 2 eeros just fine. As soon as I move the laptop to the close proximity to the "bad" eero, ut connects to it and looses internet. I restarted and updated it. The laptop is a newer laptop that supports both 2.4 and 5.0 frequencies. I cant find a way to inspect logs (if there is a log on eero) to see if it is being blocked somehow. Eero support is not helpful. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue with 3 Eero pro's. I tried rebooting the single eero pro that does not work, moving it. No matter what I do. My Win10 work laptop cannot reach the internet from 1 of my 3 eeros. Did you find a fix?

Pixel3A phone, nest thermometer and VISIO TV work great over the problem eero. My work laptop does not.

The first rule of IT-related fix is turning it off and on again, it fixes about 50 percent problems. So, if your phone is not connecting to the internet even if the phone TargetPayandBenefits is connected to the Wifi router. Go to the settings and turn the Wifi toggle off and on again and see if it fixes your issue.

Does anyone have a fix for this? We are having the exact same issue. The device quickly establishes a connection with the end point, but it can’t access the internet. There are no restrictions on the device from the Eero settings.

I found a solution! Go to network and sharing center in control panel, then you will see your wife network it should look like “Connections: WiFi”. Then click on the WiFi network (it should be in blue text) and click diagnose at the bottom. It should detect a default gateway problem and automatically fix it. Let me know if this worked for you!

Hi all, I do have exactly the same issue but the fix by Forto didn't work. Windows detects it's a gateway problem but then the diagnose tool stops. How do we manually fix it? I tried to single faulty eero but nothing. I'll try rebooting the whole wireless LAN and see what happens...

Hi all, this has been fixed. I did it by rebooting the whole network from the eero app and now it all works perfectly. CIAO!
