peak "rate" of usage across all devices

What I am looking for is the peak “rate” of usage over a time period across all devices.  For example, over the past week across all devices, the peak rate used was 22.5 Mb/s.  The peak “rate” is the instantaneous usage over a time sampling (ie, per second).  This rate information is helpful for selecting which plan to use from an ISP ( like choosing a 100, 250, or 500 Mb/s plans).

I envision a third table in the eero app showing this new information for both download and upload.
