TalkTalk Eero secure

Hi, I'm currently with a UK broadband provider (talktalk) who use Eero pro 6 as their router.

The thing is it's meant to include Eero Secure along with it, however it is not appearing in the app. Contacting talktalk and they can't seem to help me and have sent me to this site.

I was wondering if anyone else here who had their eero come from a broadband provider had the same issue?
