Disable external access

It seems anyone working at eero (or maybe just eero support?) has the ability to access my network, see what devices are connected to it, etc. While that's helpful as a temporary measure when needing assistance, it's abysmal from a security perspective, and it's difficult for me to think of eero as a secure piece of infrastructure when it has open such a back door, e.g. if a hacker were to breech eero customer service systems, I don't want them to also implicitly be able to access my network. If this can't be remedied by giving me a way to disable such access except when I deem it desirable, I'll need to seek an alternative set of devices. Thanks.
