Issues using eero with RV325 in bridged mode

I am using 3 eero pro's (1 main .. 2 meshed) in bridged mode behind a Cisco RV325 as my firewall. At first my wireless bandwidth is great .. about 450-500 Mbps (I have a 1Gbps pipe and the RV325 has a WAN to LAN throughput of ~900 Mbps). After 5-7 days I see my wireless speed decrease by about a factor of 10 (wired speeds remain good at ~ 850-900 Mbps) and must reboot the Cisco firewall to regain full wireless bandwidth. Has anyone encountered this? Is there a setting I can change in packet size etc that could prevent this?
